1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use our services and must be legally capable of entering binding agreements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Kiwi TopUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
3. Services
Kiwi TopUp provides subscription-based digital services, memberships, or software access. Service features, availability, and pricing may be updated or modified at any time.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Whish Money, BOB Finance, OMT, Binance/Crypto, Touch & Alfa, Card Payments). Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of service access.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@kiwitopup.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Once order is processing on the tracking time line, the order falls under Refund Policy.
6. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or when required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or reverse engineer the platform, or share, distribute, or resell subscription access.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Kiwi TopUp is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Service Availability
Kiwi TopUp does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for outages caused by maintenance, technical issues, or third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi TopUp shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.
11. Account Policy
Two (2) deactivations are the refill limit; exceeding this limit will void the money-back guarantee. Once an upgraded account has been delivered and confirmed, all account data becomes the customer's responsibility.
12. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms. Kiwi TopUp is not responsible for their policies, actions, or service availability.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Beirut, Lebanon.
